I stand by my original statement. Don't ask me how they work - they just do. Contact BioMarine at (610) 873-7200, buy a couple of their sensors, test 'em for yourself.

Atle,

I use DPM125 LCD meters from DigiKey (www.digikey.com for contact info). It's a 0-200mV display, which is the perfect range for O2 sensors.

Hmmmm, easy and durable, I could put you in touch with my ex-wife. But if you just want to build a counterlung try Lamcotec (413-267-4808, fax 5265). They make the urethane coated cloth used for BC's, waterbags etc. The material I have used from them is #700 Black, 840 denier nylon junior ballistic. It heat seals well with a hot iron and lots of pressure, (let it cool before pulling on the seams) and then a quick trip to the local shoemaker or sailmaker to have the seams stitched for reinforcing. Put a double layer at any through fittings so your hoses don't pull out. If you beg and grovel a little they will send you a free sample. Of course my ex-wife wouldn't require any begging and groveling for a free sample.

Regards,
Gordon Smith

If you call Swagelok, they'll probably direct you to a local dealer. You can try my local dealer (in NYC), but I'm not sure they'll deal with Alaska.

R S Crum & Co. "Larry" is the sales engineer.
